U10 - U16
1v1 Soccer will be offering skills development sessions for players aged 10-16 during the fall. The sessions will develop fast footwork and confidence on the ball. The players will touch the ball in the region of 700+ times during the 1 hr 15 min sessions.
Skills testing will be also completed during the program and each player will receive a written evaluation and full training kit.
Module 1: Saturday September 20-November 01 (3:00-4:15 pm)
Module 2: Saturday November 08-December 20 (3:00-4:15 pm)
Module 3: Saturday January 10-February 14 (3:00-4:15 pm)
Module 4: Saturday February 21-April 05 (3:00-4:15 pm)

Cost is $120 plus GST ($126) and includes a detailed written evaluation. A one time cost of $30 plus GST ($31.50) will be charged for a full training kit (shirt/shorts/socks)
The 1v1 Soccer Academy Mission
The mission of the 1v1 Academy is provide young Canadian players with elite soccer training experiences comparable with leading soccer nations. We will achieve this by providing positive educational and training environments where young players will learn through playing in small-sided game activities, exposure to quality coaching instruction, continued evaluation and analysis of performances and a commitment to excellence. Our development program within the academy will encompass:
- Individual technical improvement (Techniques Training)
- Tactical Awareness and Understanding (Tactical Training)
- Co-Coordinated Movement
- Conditioning Training
- Psychological Training
