Athletes, coaches and trainers will be equipped with the High Performance Online Trainer designed for athletes ready to take their game to the next level. It focuses on total athlete development including technical, tactical, physical, nutritional and mental training.
The High Performance Trainer and newly redesigned web site will improve their coaches’ ability to monitor athletic performance, and improve communication with teammates, coaches, parents and fans.
